- 12 pzas alitas de pollo completas

- 1 taza concentrado de tamarindo
- 1/4 taza azúcar morena

- 2 pzas chiles chipotles de lata
- 1 cucharada pequeña sal
- 1 cucharada pimienta molida

- Agregamos 2 chiles chipotles de lata.

- Mezclamos todo en la licuadora.

- Ahora la mezcla la agregamos un sartén y la dejamos cocer, hay que estar moviendo la mezcla mientras se cuece porque tiende a hacer burbujas que explotan y manchan todo, después del primer hervor seguimos moviendo la mezcla a fuego lento hasta que obtenga una consistencia cremosa.


- Ahora una vez pasado el tiempo mencionado en el paso 3 saca las alitas y báñalas con la mezcla de tamarindo, después mete las alitas al horno durante 10 minutos.
